Duchess peed on the floor again last night. Some time after Dale cleaned the litter boxes. The same boxes he cleaned yesterday as well.
We've moved one of the litter boxes to the spot where she always pees, thinking perhaps this is a request for a box there. (I don't know why moving it 5 feet will make a difference, but whatever). Is it possible that she is just trying to slowly claim every single litter box as her own?
If this doesn't work, we may have to take drastic measures. Maybe we can put her in diapers or something...

So do they make kitty diapers? I suspect you would also need kitty suspenders to keep the diapers in place. How about a small cork! ;-) Good luck!
I think I should call someone about the cork advice. Have you checked her for a UTI? If so, I would crate her for a couple of weeks until she uses her box inside the crate consistently. Harsh but effective. They do make doggie diapers but I would think cats are a whole new game. She does not seem the submissive type.

Yeah, we checked her urine a few months ago and it was fine. Plus Shadow has UTI's all the time and Duchess has none of Shadow's symptoms (not going all the time, not dragging butt, no blood visible in urine).
Man, the crate idea is going to REALLY suck for her, but if you think it'll work... I guess it would be better than diapers
but oh no, what if she never goes outside the box in the crate?
Maybe if you have the devil horns surgically removed from her head she will stop peeing on the floor. And torturing my beautiful Shadow. And being ornery all of the time. And basically being beligerant all of the time.
